Carmen and Baptiste help you choose among the concerts, live-music and nightlife taking place across Málaga and the Costa del Sol from 7 to 13 September 2026.

Mijas Feria brings major free concert nights including Camela, Medina Azahara, Marta Quintero and Saturday’s Noche Joven. The Pepe Romero Guitar Festival offers contrasting performances in historic settings, while the wider programme stretches from international alternative rock and outdoor jazz to intimate venues in Málaga and Estepona, sunset sessions and Marbella’s later dancefloor.

Saturday is particularly busy, so we group the choices by atmosphere, geography and level of commitment instead of presenting one overwhelming list.
